In 2013 Rebecca Peacock and Julia Tibot joined the team at Marbella Homes, bringing with them a wealth of experience in marketing and business consulting that has helped expand the business, as well as, building an online presense. Thanks in part to the new marketing iniative, Marbella Homes was featured on the hit television programme 'A Place in the Sun'. 

Marbella Homes was featured in the first episode of the TV Channel 4’s programme ” A Place in the Sun ” with Amanda Lamb which was her first job as a TV presenter. Marbella was chosen as the location to be featured on the programme in which a couple from England were looking to relocate to Spain and were successful in finding a property in Nueva Andalucia.
